What we collect, why, and your rights.
This notice applies to the websites trsc.world, consulting.trsc.world, trsubc.com, trscrew.ch and trscharter.com. It complies with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The controller is the TRSC group company that operates the website you visit or that you contact: TRSC Group, TRSConsulting Services, TRSubC, TRSCrew or TRSCharter, all companies under Swiss law.

Our websites use no tracking cookies, no audience-measurement tools, no advertising and no social-media plug-ins. Fonts are hosted on our own servers: no data is sent to a font provider.
For people to whom the GDPR applies, this processing is based on the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)), our legitimate interest in answering requests and securing our websites (Art. 6(1)(f)), compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)) and, where we ask for it, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time.
Your data is processed by the TRSC group companies concerned by your request. We do not sell it and do not pass it on to third parties for marketing purposes.
We use service providers who process it on our behalf and on our instructions: our web host, and our provider of customer-relationship, email and document-storage software, whose servers are located in the European Union. Where data is processed in a country without an adequate level of protection, the transfer relies on the safeguards provided by law, in particular the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
For as long as the purpose for which they were collected requires: during the business relationship or your access, then for the statutory retention periods, for example ten years for accounting records in Switzerland. Requests that lead nowhere and unsuccessful applications are deleted once they are no longer needed, at the latest two years after the last exchange.
The websites are only accessible over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to data is limited to the people who need it to handle your request.
You may at any time request access to your data, its correction or erasure, object to its processing, ask for it to be restricted or provided in a common format, and withdraw your consent. Write to info@trsc.world; we reply within thirty days. We take no automated individual decisions and do no profiling.
You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if you live in the European Union, the data protection authority of your country.
